Eveyln Lemoine The 11-member consumer Group Health Cooperative Board of Trustees sets the strategy, direction, and policy for a nonprofit enterprise with $3.5 billion in annual revenue. The Standing Nominating Committee (SNC) is now recruiting prospective candidates for three trustee positions that are open for election in October.

Also note that these candidate qualifications have been identified as priorities for current and future recruitment cycles:

  • Governance experience in industries in transition, to include strategizing, planning, and managing for change in a developing market place.
  • Successful operational or CIO leader in a large organization.
  • Senior-level finance expertise in a large or complex organization.
  • Executive-level marketing experience.

Marking its 66th year, Group Health Cooperative is an innovative, consumer-governed, nonprofit health care system that integrates care and coverage.
