At Group Health, we value the ideas, opinions, and suggestions of our members. We seek member input in a variety of ways, including focus groups for new or existing programs and services, advisory and special interest groups — such as Senior Caucus and medical center councils — and usability testing for our Web site. The time commitment can vary from a single hour to regular meetings a few times per year.
We usually ask members to help us without any compensation, but in some cases, we pay a small stipend for your time.
