Classes & Support Groups

Bereavement Support

Group Health's bereavement classes, support groups, and gathering events can help you work through the loss of a loved one.

Formats include eight-week support groups, three-part group classes, and special gathering events. All programs are open to both members and the general public. There is no fee.

Because schedules are subject to change, please confirm the times, dates, and locations prior to your first meeting.

Living With Grief and the Holidays

Group Health's hospice and bereavement services program in Tacoma is sponsoring "Living With Grief and The Holidays." This program provides opportunities to learn how others have survived special times of the year, new ways to participate in the holiday season as a grieving person, and a chance to honor and celebrate the life of your loved one.

There is no fee to attend, and all people are welcome. Child care will be provided by the Bridges Program.
