Gifts of Hope and Remembrance

Please join us at one of our three annual memorial gatherings. Our Hospice staff has thoughtfully created a program of music, poetry, silent reflection, and song to gently remember those we love who have died.

We invite you to bring a small memento of your loved one such as a photograph, favorite flower, or symbolic article. These special items will be held with loving intention during the celebration as reminders of those whose lives we've gathered to honor and celebrate.

This gathering is open to all in our community who are grieving. Invite friends and family to join you.
