These one-hour fitness classes are offered at participating senior centers and community centers. If you are unable to stand, you are welcome to sit while exercising. Classes are led by nationally certified instructors.
The National Council on Aging has honored this program as one of the top 10 physical activity programs for older adults in the United States.
Classes at Group Health's Capitol Hill Campus Four classes are offered at our Capitol Hill Campus, in the South Building at:
8 a.m., 9:15 a.m., and 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
2 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
