Diabetes: Living Well With Diabetes Workshops
These six-week group workshops help people learn how to plan meals, maintain proper blood sugar levels, manage medications, deal with stress and fatigue, make a sick-day plan, and care for their feet.

EnhanceFitness
One-hour senior fitness classes are offered three times a week at participating locations. Seniors unable to stand may sit while exercising.

Grandparenting Class
For all expectant grandparents, this class covers updated safety issues, how to support breastfeeding, and the adjustment to grandparenting.

Heart Health: Blood Pressure Clinic
See a registered nurse, have your blood pressure taken, and receive information and education to help manage hypertension.
