Living Well With Diabetes Workshops

These six-week, in-person group workshops help people learn how to manage their diabetes and improve their quality of life by setting goals and making a plan to achieve those goals.

Participants learn the skills offered in our Living Well With Chronic Conditions workshops. In addition, they learn specific skills for managing diabetes — how to plan meals, maintain proper blood sugar levels, manage medications, deal with stress and fatigue, make a sick-day plan, and foot care. A friend, family member, or caregiver is encouraged to register with you to offer support.

There is no charge for the workshops. We recommend that you purchase a reference book that is used in the workshops. (Financial assistance available.)
