EnhanceFitness
The EnhanceFitness program for seniors is available at community and senior centers in the Puget Sound region. One-hour classes are offered three times a week in five-week blocks. Participants may stand or sit while exercising.
Classes are open to seniors enrolled in any one of Group Health's Clear Care Medicare Advantage plans. Classes are included in the senior fitness benefit at no extra cost.
