EnhanceFitness
The EnhanceFitness program for seniors is available at community and senior centers in the Puget Sound region. One-hour classes are offered three times a week in five-week blocks. Participants may stand or sit while exercising. Contact your nearest location for dates and times and to register.
Classes are open to seniors enrolled in Group Health's Clear Care® Medicare Advantage HMO plans at no extra cost, as part of the senior fitness benefit.
