Quit for Life Program
Group Meetings

The Quit for Life® group meetings provide support for tobacco users in their efforts to quit all forms of tobacco use.

Each class meets for five weeks. Each session is 90 minutes and class size ranges from 8 to 15 participants. Participants must attend all five sessions. Each week the class facilitator covers topics that are important for success, including nicotine addiction, how to prepare to quit, and how to maintain a tobacco-free lifestyle.

Note: Class dates occasionally need to be changed. To verify these dates, contact the Resource Line.

If you don't live near a class location or prefer one-on-one assistance, consider the individual program format. See Quit for Life Program for details.
