SilverSneakers Senior FitnessLocations
SilverSneakers® senior fitness classes meet at participating private fitness clubs, including Curves fitness clubs for women, and YMCAs across Washington state. In most classes, participants exercise while seated in straight-back chairs. Classes are open to seniors in Group Health's Clear Care® Medicare Advantage HMO plans. The classes are included in the senior fitness benefit at no extra cost. Contact your nearest location for dates and times and to register.
