Temporary Billing for CopaysAs of Nov. 1, 2009, we are temporarily billing patients for office visit, pharmacy and other copays, instead of collecting payments at the time of care as we usually do. We are in the process of completing implementation of a new computer software system; when the software is fully implemented, we will go back to collecting payments at the time of service.
