Blood & Guts

Blood & Guts is a free health promotion exhibit sponsored by the Group Health Foundation to teach children about health and their bodies. More than 21 hands-on exhibits enable children of all ages to:

Construct a skeleton
Remove and replace organs in a life-sized doll
Touch five pounds of fat and muscle
Learn about fat and sugar content in favorite foods
Handle models of teeth, eyes, brains, and much more

By encouraging questions and fun interaction, the Blood & Guts exhibit sparks children's interest in how their bodies work. It also helps them recognize they have some control over their own health.

The Blood & Guts exhibit is free to community agencies in Washington state which serve at-risk children.
