Health Trek
HealthTrek is an educational program to improve the health of young people by increasing their knowledge of nutrition, fitness, media literacy, and healthy choices. The primary component of the program is a curriculum which is aligned with Washington State's Essential Academic Learning Requirements (EALRs), Grade Level Expectations (GLEs), and Classroom-Based Assessments (CBAs) in health and fitness. The Health Trek
curriculum is available at no charge for educators.

Information for Grantseekers
The Foundation is no longer accepting unsolicited proposals for the Children and Teens grant making program. The Children and Teens program has been redesigned with a focus on childhood immunizations. The Foundation will be making larger, multi-year grants to a smaller number of community partners specializing in childhood immunization. Funding opportunities will be identified by the Foundation in collaboration with Group Health medical staff and our partners in the community.
