Advanced training: University of Minnesota Medical Center, 1979-80; Family Medicine Residency, Group Health Cooperative, 1980-82.
Certifications: Board Certification in Family Practice; Certificate of Added Qualifications in Sports Medicine.
Medical interests: I am interested in care of the entire family, pediatrics, and sports medicine.
Personal interests: I enjoy my family (I have two children), gardening, travel, cooking, bicycle touring, running, and foraging for wild edibles.
Statement: I have been on the faculty since 1987 and also am a Family Medicine Residency graduate. I have practiced family medicine at Group Health since 1982 and have special interests in sports medicine and HIV care. I have lectured on a number of topics at local and national conferences. I practice at the Capitol Hill Family Health Center.
