Hanh Nguyen, MD
Hanh hails from Seattle. She graduated from Garfield High School in 2005 before going on to Stanford for a degree in biology. While there, she did research in breast cancer and wrote for the Scientific Review while helping teach kids to read through Team Read. She returned to Seattle to attend at the University of Washington for medical school where she participated in the Rural/Underserved Opportunities program in Port Angeles and did her family medicine rotation at Group Health. She has a lifelong commitment to teaching and sees this as key to her interest in family medicine. She also speaks basic Vietnamese and Chinese and enjoys oil painting, swimming, reading, and participating in book clubs.
