Out-of-Network Providers

As an Options or Alliant Plus member, when you use your out-of-network benefit through First Choice Health and Beech Street providers, they will bill us for services at discounted rates. This translates into lower costs for your portion of the bill.

First Choice Health Network

When you or your covered family members use your Options or Alliant Plus out-of-network benefit, you may access care through an expanded First Choice Health provider network in Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon.

Beech Street Network

When you or your covered family members use your Options or Alliant Plus out-of-network benefit, you may also receive care in other states across the nation through the Beech Street network and its affiliates.
