Confidentiality and Security Paperwork for Students
Nursing students using GHC for clinical experience must complete and submit these documents at least one week before the experience begins:

Confidentiality and Security Paperwork for Clinical Faculty
College faculty supervising nursing students at GHC facilities must complete and submit these documents at least one week before their supervisory duties begins:

• Confidentiality and Security Agreement for Faculty
