The Northwest District Administration Office serves Whatcom, Skagit, Island, North Shohomish, and San Juan counties.

From Interstate-5

  • Take the Sunset Drive/Mt. Baker Highway (State Route 542) exit.
  • Drive east on Sunset Drive.
  • Turn right on Woburn Avenue.
  • Turn left onto Rimland Drive.
  • The Dorothy Haggen Building is on your left.

Parking

Turn left past the Dorothy Haggen Building to access the parking area at the rear or north end of the building. Parallel parking is also available on the south side of the building.
