Group Health Holiday Closures

Group Health medical centers, pharmacies, administrative offices, and other facilities are closed on the following holidays:

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday — Monday, Jan. 18
  • Presidents Day — Monday, Feb. 15
  • Memorial Day — Monday, May 31
  • Independence Day — Most offices and services closed Monday, July 5*
  • Labor Day — Monday, Sept. 6
  • Thanksgiving — Thursday, Nov. 25
    All facilities and services are open for regular business hours on Friday, Nov. 26
  • Christmas — Most offices and services closed Friday, Dec. 24**

*Independence Day: Because Independence Day falls on a Sunday, our medical centers, administrative offices, and other facilities and services will be closed on Monday, July 5. Urgent Care Centers will operate on our holiday schedule posted below.

**Christmas Day: Because Christmas Day is on a Saturday, our administrative offices and most medical centers will be closed on Friday, Dec. 24. Medical centers with Saturday Clinic hours (Burien, Federal Way, Lynnwood, Northgate, Northshore, and Renton) will be open on Friday and closed on Saturday. Urgent Care Centers will operate on our holiday schedule posted below.

Most of our Urgent Care Centers are open on holidays. You can also call our Consulting Nurse Service on holidays. The nurse will listen to your concerns and direct you to the most appropriate medical care.

Everett Medical Center

Most holidays, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Olympia Medical Center

Most holidays, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Thanksgiving and Christmas, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Seattle - Capitol Hill Campus

24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Silverdale Medical Center

Most holidays, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Thanksgiving and Christmas, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Spokane - Riverfront Medical Center

Most holidays, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
Thanksgiving and Christmas, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tacoma Medical Center

Most holidays, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, 3 to 11 p.m.
Thanksgiving and Christmas, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
