Urgent Care Center
Urgent care is for conditions that require prompt attention but do not pose an immediate, serious threat to your health or life. Examples include an increasingly painful ear infection or a sprained ankle.

Our Urgent Care Center is on the first floor of the medical center. Hours are:

Consulting Nurse Service
After business hours, on weekends and holidays, you can call our Consulting Nurse Service for medical advice or information on where to seek urgent or emergency care. Call toll-free at 1-800-297-6877.

Occupational Health and Safety Services
This medical center is staffed with physicians who are specially trained in treating injured workers as well as providing selected employment-related health, safety, and wellness services.For more information, call 253-596-3300. An Occupational Medicine Clinic is available at Tacoma South Medical Center.

Eye Care
You will find optometry services at this location. For optical supplies, visit Group Health Eye Care (formerly the See Center) south of the Tacoma Mall at 5821 S. Sprague Court. For optometry services, call 253-596-3300. For all other services, see the Group Health Eye Care Web site. Ophthalmology services are available at the Federal Way Medical Center.

Audiology/Hear Center
Group Health Audiology/Hear Centers offer comprehensive hearing evaluation, amplification assessment, hearing aid maintenance and testing as well as minor in-house repairs and loaner devices. For more information, call 253-396-4250.
