From Interstate 5 southbound

• Take Exit 149 for Kent.
• Turn left at the traffic light onto S. Kent-Des Moines Road/Highway 516.
• At the bottom of the hill, turn left at the traffic light onto W. Meeker Street.
• Follow Meeker Street through a left-hand curve that becomes Smith Street.
• Follow Smith Street up the hill, and turn right onto 104th Street.
• At the first traffic light, turn left onto 260th Street.
• The medical center is on your right.

From Interstate 5 northbound

• Take Exit 142 for North Bend/Highway 18.
• Take Highway 18 to Highway 167 northbound.
• Follow Highway 167 northbound to the Willis Street exit.
• Turn right onto Willis Street.
• Turn left onto Central Avenue.
• At the second traffic light, turn right onto Smith Street.
• At the main intersection at the top of the hill, turn right onto 104th Street.
• At the first traffic light, turn left onto 260th Street.
• The medical center is on your right.
