Saturday Clinic

The Saturday Clinic offers limited services for minor injuries or illness that require immediate attention. Appointments are available from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Call 206-901-2400 between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Saturday to schedule an appointment.

Blood Pressure Clinic

See a registered nurse, have your blood pressure taken, and receive information and education to help manage hypertension.

When: 1st Tuesday of each month, 11 a.m.-noon

Where: North Annex Conference Room

There is no copay, but this service may be subject to a deductible. Call 206-901-2400 or make an appointment at any reception desk so the nurse can review your blood pressure history before your visit.

WALK AND TALK WITH YOUR HEALTH CARE TEAM

Join Group Health members and staff for a "Walk and Talk" on Fridays, 12:15-1 p.m.

Walks are led by a health care team member — a doctor, nurse, or other medical staff — so you'll get a chance to discuss health topics and get tips while you take a brisk walk.
