To Make an Appointment
For immediate health concerns, Group Health makes it easy for you to schedule an appointment with your primary care physician, including same-day appointments. For routine care such as well-adult or follow-up exams, we can schedule appointments in advance, at a time that is convenient for you.

You can also make appointments directly for most specialty consultations at Group Health-operated medical centers. (You must have a referral to see a contracted specialist.) Call 206-223-2611 to make an appointment.

Consulting Nurse Service
After business hours and on weekends and holidays, you can call our Consulting Nurse Services for medical advice or information on where to seek urgent or emergency care. Call 206-901-2244 or toll-free 1-800-297-6877.

Women's Health Care
Women's health care services are available by appointment at the Capitol Hill Campus. For an appointment, call 206-326-3500.

Behavioral Health Services
Central Behavioral Health is located at Metropolitan Park East, 1730 Minor Ave., Suite 1400. Call 206-287-2500.

Occupational Health Services
Group Health's Occupational Health Services focus on care for injured workers as well as employee health and safety services. Each medical center has a worker's compensation case manager (PDF) on staff. For an appointment, call 206-223-2611.

Eye Care
Contact lens services are located in the medical center. Optometry, ophthalmology, and a retail optical shop (See Center), offering a wide selection of eyeglasses, are located at the Capitol Hill Campus. For appointments, call 1-800-664-9225.

Pharmacy
Group Health can mail all your prescription straight to you for the cost of your copayment. There is no charge for postage or handling. For more information, see mail-order pharmacy.
