• Take Highway 305 into Poulsbo.
• Turn left onto Lincoln Road.
• Turn right at the next corner, onto 8th Avenue N.E.
• Follow this road as it curves left and ends at 7th Avenue N.E.
• Turn left onto 7th Avenue N.E.
• After the road curves right, you will come to a medical office park on your right.
• Turn into the first driveway. The medical center is behind the first building on your right.

From Bremerton

• Follow Highway 3 northbound.
• Take the Highway 305 exit for Bainbridge Island/Kingston Ferry.
• Turn right at the fourth light, onto Liberty Road.
• At the four-way stop, turn left onto 7th Avenue N.E.
• After the road curves right, you will come to a medical office park on your right.
• Turn into the first driveway. The medical center is behind the first building on your right.
