- Take Highway 305 into Poulsbo.
- Turn left onto Lincoln Road.
- Turn right at the next corner, onto 8th Avenue N.E.
- Follow this road as it curves left and ends at 7th Avenue N.E.
- Turn left onto 7th Avenue N.E.
- After the road curves right, you will come to a medical office park on your right.
- Turn into the first driveway. The medical center is behind the first building on your right.
From Bremerton
- Follow Highway 3 northbound.
- Take the Highway 305 exit for Bainbridge Island/Kingston Ferry.
- Turn right at the fourth light, onto Liberty Road.
- At the four-way stop, turn left onto 7th Avenue N.E.
- After the road curves right, you will come to a medical office park on your right.
- Turn into the first driveway. The medical center is behind the first building on your right.
