Driving Directions

From Seattle on Highway 520 Eastbound

• Take the 40th/51st Street exit (directly after 148th N. and S).
• Stay to the far right and take the 40th Street exit.
• Stay in the far right lane and turn right onto 156th Avenue N.E.
• Turn right on N.E. 28th into Group Health Eastside Campus.
• Turn left toward visitor parking, and take the first right into Visitor/Patient parking for Eastside Primary Care.

From Redmond on Highway 520 Westbound

• Take the 40th/51st Street exit.
• Turn left onto 40th Street.
• Turn right onto 156th Ave. N.E.
• Go through three stoplights.
• The fourth stoplight is N.E. 28th.
• Turn right on N.E. 28th into Group Health Eastside Campus.
• Turn left toward visitor parking, and take the first right into Visitor/Patient parking for Eastside Primary Care.

From I-5 Southbound or Northbound

• Take Exit #168B Highway 520 East (Bellevue/Kirkland).
• Approximately 8 miles from I-5, take 148th Ave. N.E. South Exit and stay in the left lane.
• Turn south/right on 148th Ave. N.E.
• Take the first east/left onto N.E. 24th St.
• At second light, turn north/left onto 152nd Ave. N.E.
• Go north on 152nd Ave. N.E. about one block.
• Turn right into the Group Health Eastside campus and follow the signs.

From I-405 Southbound or Northbound

• Take Exit #14 Highway 520 East (Redmond).
• Travel 2.2 miles and take the 148th Ave. N.E. South Exit and stay in the left lane.
• At the light turn south/right on 148th Ave. N.E.
• Take the first east/left onto N.E. 24th St.
• At the second light turn north/left onto 152nd Ave. N.E.
• Go north on 152nd Ave. N.E. about one block.
• Turn right into the Group Health Eastside Campus and follow the signs.

From Bellevue Northbound

• Go north to N.E. 24th St. on either 140th Ave. N.E. or 148th Ave. N.E.
• Follow N.E. 24th St. to 152nd Ave. N.E.
• Go north on 152nd Ave. N.E. about one block.
• Turn right into the Group Health Eastside Campus and follow the signs.

From 520

• Take the N.E. 40th St. exit.
• From eastbound 520 turn right off the exit ramp onto N.E. 40th St.
• From westbound 520 turn left off the exit ramp onto N.E. 40th St.
• Turn right at the light onto 156th Ave. N.E.
• Parking lot at 15446 Bel-Red Road is only accessible from southbound 156th. The parking lot entrance is just past the light at 156th and N.E. 28th St. Look for a red 4-story building.
• The Audiology/Hear Center is located on the 1st floor; Eastside Behavioral Health is located on the 2nd floor; Group Health Eye Care is located on the 3rd floor.
