Registering with MyGroupHealth for Members gives you access to online health tools and services that make health care accessible and convenient 24 hours a day, from the comfort of your home or office or when you're traveling.

Refill prescriptions

Order and pay for Group Health prescription refills online and have them sent to your home, with free shipping.

*E-mail your health care team

Contact your personal physician, specialists, consulting nurse, or other members of your health care team using our secure messaging service. You'll get a reply in your MyGroupHealth inbox by the end of the next business day.

*View your online medical record

See your lab test results as soon as they are released, your immunization records, a list of your current health conditions and allergies, and summaries and notes from your visits with your health care team.

*View your children's medical records

If your child is aged 12 years or younger, request parental access to view your child's online medical records, e-mail your child's doctor, and request appointments.

*Schedule appointments

Schedule appointments with your personal physician, specialists, or other members of your health care team.

Check your health coverage and benefit usage

Your summary of benefits and coverage agreement are available in PDF format. You can view your Explanation of Benefits statements to check how your health plan claims were paid, and monitor your benefit usage and cost share payments.

Complete your Health Profile

Answer questions about your medical history, your family medical history, and your lifestyle routines, and you'll receive a personal online report with suggestions on how to improve your health and lower your risk of certain diseases and conditions.

Choose a doctor

Use our online Provider Directory to find doctors covered by your health plan and that match the criteria important to you. Read short profiles of each doctor, then make your selection online. You can choose or change your personal physician at any time.

* Indicates services available to members who get their care at Group Health-owned and operated medical centers. Other services are available to all members, including those who get their care from our network of contracted providers.

How to Register

Register online

Registering online is an easy two-step process, designed to protect the privacy of your personal health information:

  1. Enter your name, Group Health member ID number, and birth date, and create a password. Request an ID verification code, which will be sent to your home mailing address.
  2. When the code arrives, usually in just 2 or 3 days, log in to MyGroupHealth for Members and enter your code. You'll then have access to the secure online services.

Register at your medical center

You can get immediate access to MyGroupHealth (without having to wait for an identification code) the next time you visit a Group Health medical center. Just stop by the Business Office; the staff will verify your identity and help you register.
