Bike Expo Rolls Into Town

Bicycling season kicks off this weekend with the Cascade Bicycle Club's Seattle Bicycle Expo on Saturday and Sunday, March 13 and 14, at Smith Cove Cruise Terminal 91 in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood.

Group Health is a sponsor for the event, and our physical therapists will offer free bike fittings at our booth.

The Expo is the largest consumer bicycle show in the United States. Attendees will enjoy more than 300 exhibits featuring bikes, gear, travel, and health and fitness. The Expo will include two stages, a performance arena, a sports-viewing lounge, a kids' area and several museum-quality special exhibits, showcasing world-class athletes, coaches, and speakers from around the world.

Group Health continues to promote cycling as a healthy lifestyle activity by supporting more than 20 rides across Washington state, and sponsoring a women's cycling team and three community outreach programs.
