Accomplish™ Weight Management Programs
- Take Charge: A structured weight loss program for people who need to lose 20 to 30 pounds or more. Average weight loss is 2 to 4 pounds per week. Group classes are available in greater Seattle area.
- HMR® @ Home: Weekly telephone sessions with a trained health educator using a structured program approach. Ideal for those outside the Puget Sound area.
- One on One: A structured weight loss program offering the flexibility of individual sessions with a health educator. Sessions focus on physical activity, record-keeping, diet compliance, and other weight-management skills.
- Self-Directed Kits: Receive two- or three-week diet kits including meal replacement shakes and entrees plus support materials. Additional support available by joining HMR @ Home phone classes.

Weight Watchers® Programs
- Local Meeting Vouchers: A pre-paid savings plan that offers discounted coupons to attend Weight Watchers* meetings in your community when and where it's most convenient.
- Online Subscription: Interactive web-based resources and tools that allow you to follow the Weight Watchers plan step-by-step online.
- At-Home Kit, Corporate Edition: Provides information and resources to follow the Weight Watchers plan step-by-step at home, along with access to a toll-free Helpline for weekly progress reporting and support.
