Nutrition Services

Group Health Nutrition Services helps you understand and follow a diet that meets your nutritional needs. Our certified registered dietitians offer reliable nutritional information and counseling to help you adjust your diet more easily.

Nutrition Services strives to offer consistent evidence-based education for diabetes and other chronic conditions. Our approach to patient education uses behavioral goal-setting and support to patients for self-management. To provide education that is personalized for your individual needs, we offer one-on-one appointments with registered dietitians.

Counseling involves an initial appointment and often one or more follow-up sessions. You must have a referral from your personal physician to make an appointment. Services are also available for a fee to those with other health plans or on a private-pay basis.
