Consulting Nurse Service
When you need care advice, or want to know if you should see a doctor, the Group Health consulting nurses can help 24 hours a day.
When you call, the nurse will listen to your concern, give you advice, and if necessary, direct you to the best location to receive immediate care.
Sometimes you will be sent to a Group Health urgent care center, or perhaps to a Group Health emergency room. Other times you may be sent to an emergency room at a local hospital.

The online Consulting Nurse Service is intended for the discussion of routine health care concerns. If you have an urgent health care concern, call your physician's office, or call a consulting nurse at the numbers listed above. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911 immediately, or call the Consulting Nurse Service and follow the instructions for a medical emergency.
