SilverSneakers

SilverSneakers fitness classes meet at participating private fitness clubs and YMCAs in Western Washington and Spokane. Sessions last one hour and are led by specially trained instructors.

In most classes, seniors exercise while seated in straight-back chairs.

Classes are open to seniors in Group Health's Medicare Advantage plan. The classes are included in the Senior Fitness Benefit, at no extra cost.
