When you need care advice or want to know if you should see a doctor or go to an emergency room or Urgent Care Center for immediate care, Group Health's Consulting Nurse Service can help 24 hours a day.

When you call, a nurse will listen to your concerns, give you advice and, if necessary, direct you to the best location to receive immediate care.

In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. If you are unable to do so, ask someone to call for you or to take you to the nearest emergency care facility. You may go to any hospital in your area for emergency care.
