To access most of the Group Health Cooperative Web site, you need to enable JavaScript in your browser. Follow the directions for the browser that you use:

WINDOWS - INTERNET EXPLORER 6 & above
1. Select the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Internet Options..."
3. Click on the "Security" tab.
4. Click on the "Custom Level."
5. Select the "Scripting" section.
6. Enable "Active Scripting." Do NOT choose "Prompt."
7. Click "OK."

WINDOWS - INTERNET EXPLORER 5.x & below

WINDOWS - NETSCAPE 4.7x & above
1. Select the "Edit" menu.
2. Select "Preferences..."
3. Expand "Advanced" in the Category tree view to the left.
4. Select "Scripts & Plugins."

6. Click "OK."

WINDOWS - NETSCAPE 4.6x & below

4. Select the "Web Content" option.
5. Click the option "Enable Scripting."

1. Select the "Netscape" menu.
2. Select "Preferences..."
3. Expand "Advanced" in the Category tree view to the left.
4. Select "Scripts & Plugins."
5. Click the option Enable JavaScript for "Navigator."
6. Click "OK."

MAC OS 9 & below - INTERNET EXPLORER 5 & above
1. Select the "Edit" menu.
2. Select "Preferences..."
3. Expand "Web Browser" option.

Once you have enabled JavaScript in your browser, you will be able to log in to MyGroupHealth.
