Sonya FranckIn December 2006, I was diagnosed with Burkitt's lymphoma — part of the non-Hodgkin's lymphoma family. I spent that month in the hospital as the cancer was pretty extensive and I was not feeling that well. Group Health sent in a case worker who was there for us and could answer any questions that we had. We never had to worry about the bills being paid — they were always on top of that.

In May 2007, I went to Seattle for a stem cell transplant and in many different ways Group Health was there for us. Any time we called Customer Service, we always felt good coming away from the call.

Knowing that Group Health was there to answer our questions — handle billing and so on — was very beneficial. When you're going through any type of cancer treatment, the last thing you want to worry about what is or isn't covered.

I give Group Health a big thank you — you were there for us then and continue to be there for us now.
