WHY GROUP HEALTH? MEMBERS SAY IT BEST
'Whatever It Takes,'
Even as Times Change

Carole ScottAs a member of Group Health since 1989, I have experienced the growth, changes, and implementation of the leading edge ideas in the delivery of care. On several occasions, I've had to be hospitalized. Knowing that "whatever it takes" would be provided, brought peace of mind.

I've had the same physician for more than 10 years and absolutely love the advantage of being able to e-mail him with questions or ideas — always receiving a timely response.

What Could Be Easier?
I order my prescriptions via ghc.org and have them mailed to my home. The Group Health Web site is easy to maneuver and contains not only my own health information at my fingertips (blood pressure record, doctor visit recaps, etc.) but many ways to assist me in finding answers on my own or suggestions on how to help me improve my health.

Through a change in my personal life, there was the potential of losing my Group Health coverage. Fortunately, that did not happen. However, during the period of transition, it became crystal clear to me how important Group Health is to me. It's local, readily available, and competent. What a blessing.
