Since September of 2007, I have had very intense and limiting back pain. When my back pain first started, I had no medical insurance. I was going to reduced-fee clinics and was treated well below what the standard of care should be. The doctors I saw never once referred me to anyone or went any further than listening to my story and sending me out of the office.

In January of 2008, I finally got medical coverage and went to the Group Health Lidgerwood Medical Center in Spokane.

What Does Group Health Mean To Me?
Not only was I finally treated like a human being, but Dr. Melissa Sousley believed me when I spoke about my back pain. She took X-rays and referred me out for physical therapy. I am so grateful to finally be getting somewhere with the treatment of my back pain, and to see a doctor that really cares about her patients.
