WHY GROUP HEALTH? MEMBERS SAY IT BEST
System of Care Means
Peace of Mind

Nancy LapkeBefore Group Health, I had been bounced around to different "care" givers over the last few years and received inconsistent, barely adequate care at best. That was until I joined Group Health, where I have found the best care I have received since my childhood physician 40-some years ago.

Group Health is efficient in the business sense, while caring in the human(e) sense. I fear the day that for some unknown reason I wouldn't be a member any longer. My children and I have benefited greatly and Dr. Timothy Whiteley, at Group Health Everett Medical Center. Really everyone I have ever seen at Group Health has been the best!

The entire medical field should take a lesson at how Group Health operates. Having everything centrally located makes so much sense. Group Health is a shining example of how things should be! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

What Does Group Health Mean To Me?
Group Health means peace of mind. I don't have to worry that I am just a number on a chart. It means I will get caring, personal, up-to-date medical treatment. It means that my children will be understood and cared for. It means the follow-up will be there, even to the point where a nurse calls me at home to see how I'm doing. It means there is a lifeline to someone, no matter what time of day or night, if I'm worried or need advice. It means peace of mind — the beginning of healing.
