Fever 101º - 104º F for 3 or more consecutive days

Fever 105º F or above

Sinus

No nasal discharge

Clear nasal discharge

Yellow or green nasal discharge

Pressure or congestion

Sinus symptoms improve, then worsen

Headache

Mild headache

Moderate headache (not relieved by common pain medication)
