Living Well With Chronic Conditions Workshops

Our six-week workshops help people learn how to manage their chronic conditions and improve their quality of life. Workshop participants support each other and work together to solve their problems. There is no charge for the workshop.

You'll learn from trained volunteer leaders, many who also have chronic health conditions. You will set your own goals and make a step-by-step plan to improve your health and your life. The workshops are for all ages of adults.

In-person, group sessions: These sessions are offered at Group Health Medical Center locations in Western Washington (see below). A friend, family member, or caregiver is encouraged to register with you to offer support.

Online: Or, participate in Better Choices, Better Health®, the Web-based version of Living Well. Group Health offers Better Choices in partnership with the National Council on Aging (NCOA).
Sign up for Better Choices, Better Health on the NCOA website.
