Senior Zoo Walkers
This is a fun and safe way for seniors to exercise while meeting new friends. Zoo animals are often most active in the morning, so it's the best time to visit. Presentations on health and zoo topics are given quarterly.
Senior Zoo Walkers promotes fitness and well-being among adults aged 55 and older. A 15-minute warm-up and stretching session led by a fitness instructor prepares participants for the walk.
