Handling a Problem
Please consider contacting the person you feel is involved. Explain the issue to him or her directly. This person will most likely have information that will help you resolve the situation quickly and satisfactorily.
If you are not comfortable contacting the person who has prompted your concern or if you feel the problem has not been addressed to your satisfaction, please contact Member Services.
Complaints or Questions
Let us know you have a complaint, concern, or question. We will respond to you at the earliest possible opportunity. If you are not satisfied with the result, we will also give you all the information you need to use our formal appeals process.
We appreciate knowing when you are pleased with our service and we would love to hear about it. Contact Member Services or the clinic or hospital where you received high-quality service. If your compliment mentions a specific staff member by name, we will share it with that person and his or her supervisor.
