Pay online after you log in to this website. You must register if you don't have access to your personal online services.
Pay in person with a personal check or a bank card at a Group Health Medical Centers location. Group Health accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We don't accept cash.
Mail your payment — with the payment coupon — in the envelope sent with the bill. Include the statement ID on your check.
Pay by phone with a credit card 24 hours x 7 days a week by calling 1-844-632-2064.

How to Pay Premiums (Monthly Dues)
You receive a premium bill from Group Health if you have a Medicare Advantage plan or an Individual and Family plan (non-employer plan).

Pay by phone with a credit card 24 hours x 7 days a week. Have your bill handy; you'll be asked for the 7 digit Group #. Group Health accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Pay via your bank's online bill pay service. Please provide payee information (Group Health Cooperative/Options), your 7 digit Group #, your 8 digit Subscriber #, and P.O. Box payment address provided on your premium statement.
Pay in person with check or bank card at the Cash Desk in Group Health Headquarters, 320 Westlake Ave. N., Seattle. Ask for a visitor's pass in the lobby. Premiums cannot be paid at Group Health clinics.
Medicare Advantage members have an additional option. Have your monthly dues withheld from your Social Security check. Start by contacting Customer Service for instructions about sending a request letter to Group Health.
Individual and Family members enrolled through Washington Healthplanfinder can pay via ghc.softheon.com, or pay by phone at 1-888-687-9004, or call Customer Service at 1-800-290-8900.
