You may experience delays in Pharmacy Services
Your health is our priority — and that includes having the tools and resources to make good health seamless as well as safe.
We're in the process of upgrading our computer system in Pharmacy Services, and you may experience delays in filling prescriptions while we complete this important work.
Please expect longer-than-usual wait times in our pharmacies.
Need medications right away? If you do not have any remaining medication or a very limited supply, please contact your care team right away. Your care team will be able to work directly with Pharmacy to get the medications you need.
Have a 2 week or greater supply? If you have at least a 2-week supply of your medications, please consider the following options when refilling:
Use our Mail Order Pharmacy. You can order online, by phone app, or by calling our 24-hour automated phone service at 1-800-245-RXRX (7979) or the number on your prescription bottle.
With any of these order methods, you can choose:
- Free shipping. Allow 7 business days for delivery.
- Pick up in a Group Heath pharmacy. Allow 48 hours so your order is ready when you arrive.
